Certified Translations

Do you need a translation of personal documentation, such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, last will and testament, diploma, academic transcript, contract or affidavit?

Would you like to receive a personalized quote for the translation of your documents, including the number of days needed to complete the translation?

I can provide Certificates of Accuracy for translations from Spanish to English and from French to English.  I am Certified by the American Translators Association for Spanish to English Translations. For translations from Spanish to English, the Certificate of Accuracy includes my American Translators Association stamp.

  • Contact me at Lisa at Constantia Language Services . com.
  • Here is the information I need to prepare your firm, personalized quote: (1) Scanned copies of the front and back of each page to be translated; (2) Complete contact information including your name, your street address, your e-mail address, and the exact address to which you would like the translations mailed; (3) Any special instructions.
  • Every credentials evaluation agency and government institution provides its own instructions regarding the translations it accepts. I am happy to accommodate special instructions regarding formatting, letterhead, and the placement of the Certification stamp. Please confirm this information prior to requesting your quote.
  • Within a day, you will receive an exact quote and the number of days required to complete your translation.
  • Generally, for formatted documents such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, I charge a flat fee of $75 per page. Prices for academic and other documents depend on the content, length and formatting of the originals.
  • The quote includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy. Notarization of the Certificate of Accuracy, if required, is $35.
  • My fee includes sending your translations and Certificate of Accuracy by regular postal mail. If you prefer to receive them via Certified USPS Mail or UPS, please let me know, and I will add the cost to your quote.
  • Payment is in advance, by US Postal Service Money Order, a check drawn on a US checking account, or credit card. I will begin working on your translations as soon as your payment is received.
  • A note on academic transcripts: I cannot provide US equivalents of the grades, degrees, or credentials in the translations of academic documents. Only a credentials evaluation service can do this.

    How may I help you?
